All sales are final. No refunds. No returns.

Exchanges: Only items with significant factory defects are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To initiate an exchange, contact us through our email within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition, and include your printed receipt.

As-new condition means:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged (except for noted factory defects)

  • Unused

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if these criteria are not met.

Allow 3–5 business days for exchanges to be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.\

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Please report any missing or stolen packages within 14 days of the delivery confirmation.

3AM SEASON  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@3amseason.com with the following:

  1. Order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email used for purchase

  4. Your request (exchange, replacement, etc.)

  5. Photograph showing the damaged area or print issue
